Seconding employees for longer periods provides companies with the flexibility to hire qualified personnel for specific projects or peak periods. This enables them to respond quickly and efficiently to changing needs, without entering into overly long contracts.

Secondment is more advantageous for you as a client than temporary staffing. However, we will conclude a contract for a minimum of three months with you for secondment. The temporary worker can be seconded either part-time or full-time.

We can select a motivated employee for you, but you can also propose someone yourself. The temporary worker will be employed by us and will work for you.
